My husb and I were talking about this thing in Bakugo's costume around his neck that looks like a heavy metal, and he made a good theory:
Our center of mass is a little bellow the center of our body. When Bakugo makes an explosion, de axis force of it is in the height of your shoulder. That means that in the air, Bakugo would rotate around his center of mass with each shot.

Add height on his shoulders will raise his center of mass that will be near the shot's axis force, so he will not rotate anymore. That makes a lot of sense, but I don't know if they thought about physics when they are creating a super hero's costume
