adamjcook, I want to celebrate this more (as a huge proponent of US #manufacturing), but I disagree with the #IRA’s point-of-sale rebates for #BEVs.
Advanced manufacturing credits for some domestic #battery production? Sure.
Not POS vehicle rebates.
And I believe that the POS rebates will ultimately be far more than the CBO scoring suggests.
It was a missed opportunity to allocate those funds to broaden US manufacturing competency.
