@popey If you have access to the Apple Podcasts database on a Mac, the script in here will export your subscribed podcasts to OPML. It doesn’t do it totally cleanly, though. https://code.launchpad.net/~skellat/+git/Podcasting

I used pocketcasts on Android.
I do NOT use pocketcasts on Apple.
So there was no migration. I just stopped using pocketcasts on android and started using apple podcasts on ios
Simples.
