@hacks4pancakes dummy phone so that when the photo gets taken no important and way more embarrassing message shows up in the pic...... same as turning off notifications during presentations or better: disabling connectivity (wireless or wired) altogether....
I am definitely not gonna understand this much ...
but when apple stopped the behavior from the control screen to turn off BT and WiFi - so now you have to do it in the settings screen - I just want to move to settings quick.
@dustinfinn sure, just not sure why you would ever realistically need to turn them off all the way (airplane mode on control center does shut off everything)
@dustinfinn hold press on Wi-Fi. Hold press on Wi-Fi again. I am on a plane and I can’t take a video, I’m really sorry. By default, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth shut off in airplane mode but you can change that.
I greatly appreciate your back and forth with me - so I will go back through settings and see - I am not getting that behavior so I'll have to see where I am totally missing this.

Objectively, the CEO of a company doesn’t need to use the product too often, that’s not their role? Using the product takes up so much time too. But not having it at all, that’s special.
As for the settings app, one use case would be to toggle advertising her number when she places a regular call.
@hacks4pancakes the dock is prime real estate. Both passively leaving Safari AND actively adding Settings there makes me wonder what this smartphone regular usage looks like.
My SO is an avid smartphone web browser user… her Safari icon is tucked away in a folder on her second screen.
I’ll put my money on Linda uses Safari to access Xitter web interface.
