I finally ditched the TP-Link Internet of Shit lightbulb in my bedroom in favour of a TRÅDFRI™ Zigbee bulb, and I even splurged by paying the extra £7 for the one that does multiple colours
Now I can further destroy my circadian rhythm by blasting myself with blue light at 1am
