@davidnewman LOL I paid my taxes back in April, because the amount of penalty >> amount of interest involved. (having been dinged for random stuff in the past... the hazards of small business income unpredictability!!)
@ai6yr We deferred against our accountant’s advice. Then the IRS sent overdue notices in June. Then I spent about 6 hours on hold over three calls before they’d admit the notices were sent in error. Then the IRS sent notices in July saying the previous notices went out in error.
Whatever. We paid on October 16, the due date we had at the time.
