@RickiTarr@APBBlue perimenopause has been awful for me but a few years in I feel like I've got the symptoms under control.
I tried SSRIs, the hormonal medicine we call birth control (which serves so many other purposes than birth control), but the drug that has worked for me with the most tolerable side effects is cannabis. I use it every day to keep the roller coaster and negative thought spiral at bay.
