If you're going to hold a hybrid conference, that should include online presenters. Not just zoom in webinar mode for everyone. If online people can only attend and not present, you're excluding #disabled voices.
Anyway if anyone is looking for a speaker/presenter, I'd appreciate being thought of. I missed out on a great opportunity today. Being #immunocompromised is impacting my career in big ways. I already left med school and now even health equity spaces seem to have forgotten about #disabled people. I'd really love a chance to grow in this field. Please think of me if you see things that might fit.
