Wikipedia says the brand was introduced in 1967 and the association with "Thunderbirds" was dropped in the early 70s. That narrows down the date of the advert quite nicely.

I remember when you could go down the pub, have a couple of pints, three gin and tonics, a packet of pork scratchings, fish and chips on the way home and still have a farthing change from a threepenny bit.
Lady P was an icon as the most sophisticated member of the Thunderbirds team.
Lyons Maid must have paid a fortune for her, Parker ("yes, m'lady") and the pink Rolls-Royce.
(I have a steampunk book where a supposed ancestor of hers appears, helping to solve crime. Doesn't mean anything unless you happen to know her full name.)
