Microsoft Project Plan E5 is not the same as Microsoft Project Plan 1, right? Like, I've planted a flag on this hill and I may very well die here, but unless I've seriously misread some documentation E5 is view/edit only, and Plan 1 is create.

@ryan I assume you already found this, but this is the only thing that even remotely looks like real documentation (and I'm not sure it mentions "plan 1") https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/office-365-user-view-access-to-project-and-roadmap

@paarth
First paragraph, second sentence:

> Users assigned with certain Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscriptions are allowed to have limited edit access to projects that are shared with them without needing to be assigned a Project subscription.

Separately, Plans 1/3/5 all allow project CREATION: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/project/compare-microsoft-project-management-software

Hence they must be different, right?

@ryan Ahhh, I missed that; then yeah your read seems 100% accurate to the documentation!

(whether Microsoft docs represent reality is a different question)
