while jogging I slipped and fell, overstretching my ankle. it was ridiculously painful. it's still swelling. I hope it's not ruptured, just stretched. fuuuuuuug

@kaia worst part of injuries is usually all the funny emotions that come with suddenly not being able to exercise and all the rationalization and blame that comes along with the injury

@cell @kaia really a bummer if you're in the middle of a planned training but running over an injury would be even worse (though easier said that done)

@kaia had to run to a bus yesterday. first time i had to run in like centuraries.

would not do again. 2/10

(got low arch feet, they dont absorb the shock of running very well so i try to avoid running wherever i can)
