I messed up on the eBay auctions and set them to my default of USA-only but I will definitely ship internationally! Sorry about that. I added an addendum to the ebay description stating this, too.
OK, due to (waves hands around) "reasons", you can't change shipping once an item has bids. So I've re-listed all the brass plaques with proper international shipping and it's FREE! 🆓 (the shipping, at least)
