Actually how funny would it be if Strahd himself actually wrote it under a pseudonym and it just gets critically savaged.
Like "Who the hell is this Shilliam Wakespeare because the melodrama is way over the top" "Whoever this playwright is he's clearly just trying to kiss Strahd's ass" etc.
And he's just sitting there with his eye twitching.
