I need a command-not-found hook that runs nix profile install nixpkgs#the-command and re-runs the command because that fixes it 90% of the time

@fasterthanlime The command-not-found hook of nix-index allows auto-running if NIX_AUTO_RUN is defined and auto-installing if NIX_AUTO_INSTALL is defined. (https://github.com/nix-community/nix-index)
