@sdw damn. In Romania the airline companies are the only remaining institutions that CHARGE for phone calls (guess it’s a tactic to keep us from actually calling them). Can’t imagine the cost of a call like that 😅
@sdw I wish I was in n hold for seven hours. Instead I got hung up on after waiting an hour then another hour then two hours then half hour.... terrrrrrible customer service.
They cancelled our flight 9 hours before take off then after wondering what we should do for 3 hours they rebooked us for a flight 2 days later. So we had to call / cancel and rebooked through JetBlue.
