Today, I managed to take a beautiful walk in nature once again. When stress levels rise, the remedy is to unplug from the world and its noise, staying connected to where we come from. It usually works, except in rare cases, even to help me focus better when I return to mental work. In my opinion, everyone should dedicate at least one hour a week to a return to the basics, to our origins. It's healthy, it's beautiful, and it brings positivity.

@me Very true! The place I lived some three years ago had a really cool place I could walk to by a river. Walking there for even half an hour with some music would clear my mind like nothing else.
Once it was fully covered with snow! I broke lockdown early in the morning to enjoy it. ^^

I miss that. Now I live in Paris. :blobcat_brokenheart:
