Octale, 4 months ago @RickiTarr who the hell is this guy? Obviously, the correct way to do Sprints with your SO is to have a daily “lay downs” with 3-5 minutes of vigorous calisthenics followed by 10 minutes of status. Doing those standing up would be exhausting.
