@thelinuxEXP I saw both videos in my feed. I watch yours because I find your work vastly superior and accessible. Thank you for posting them. If I wasn’t firmly in the don’t distro hop I’d seriously give Nix a try.
@thelinuxEXP Very interesting video. Thank you for the overview. One of the issues with Linux distros is understanding the intended purpose and use cases for the less general purpose ones. NixOS definitely has it's place. Not as my desktop, but if I were deploying to an org it would be ideal.

@thelinuxEXP I am inclined to say that your channel has more stuff directed to the new Linux users, where ChrisTitusTech is incline to the sever/developer side. And normal people need to know, for the most part, what pdf apps they can use not making a distro.
@mihai_covaliuc Yeah, even comparing our videos, mine leans more towards explaining NixOS and the Nix package manager, his is more on how to set it up for someone who wants very advanced configurations, adding their own patch sets to a package, etc…
