@thelinuxcast @janov911 just a really good epic fantasy tale (trilogy) with some romance mixed in. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory,_Sorrow,_and_Thorn) It’s one of my favorites from college :-)

I just finished Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison. Didn't know it was a series until about half way through. Hate when that happens too

@thelinuxcast I've heard the Sarah j mass throne of glass series might fit the bill. I haven't read them yet but it's fantasy with a side of romance.

@thelinuxcast You might want to check out "Dragonsbane" by Barbara Hambly if you haven't already. It is the start of a series, but it is a story all it's own without some cliffhanger ending.
"The Paladin" by C. J. Cherryh might interest you as well.

@thelinuxcast You ever read "Malazan: Book of the Fallen" by Steven Erikson? It's damn good and 11k pages in total ... it has "romance" ... but not sure if it fits what your asking for. Anyway, damn good series.
