@khalidabuhakmeh refactoring capabilities. Extracting functions, modifying the order of function parameters, inlining elements, even selecting sematically, all of this works very poorly in Rider, as compared to how it works with C#.
@khalidabuhakmeh I didn’t know you were part of the dev team! Cool, kudos! Rider works amazingly well with C#, it’s a just stunning.
I love both Rider and F#, and if you say that reporting ideas and comments helps I’m more than willing. I do it often for C#.
@khalidabuhakmeh I would also like to continue loving #JetBrains as I used to do, but it's getting harder and harder: since a while, new bugs and regression issues are popping up, and then systematically ignored
This one has been reported 11 months ago, and unsolved since then. As a paying user, this is depressing. I'm very sorry to say.
@khalidabuhakmeh I could use Distraction Free Mode or Zen mode, but it also hides the tabs. The Main Menu cannot be hidden anymore.
Apparently, it's a combination of some regression bugs. Nadia answered a fix is planned for 2023.3.
