“Hey, checking in again. I haven't heard from you in a while now, and I'm getting concerned. I have a responsibility to make sure you're ok. I'm going to ping you over slack and on your phone. If I don't hear from you soon I'm going to get some additional help from the authorities.”

That’s the threat he sent after 6 days since the last message…

Also, maybe think hard about contacting an employment lawyer

@rosyna if you can or feel comfortable in doing, consider emailing HR, so there’s a record and they can’t later claim ignorance

@bynkii I’m expecting a phone call from someone adjacent to HR in 15 minutes (it’s also why this threat from July is hitting me especially hard today)
