@merchantHelios@Dicer Counterpoint: I already went through this with PSO2, and I can just play something else where I don't have to wonder if someone's digging through my shit or has the ability to do so.
@brimshae@Dicer correct. at the end of the day spergs who think they are being spied on won't play the game, the people who are on the fence will hold off but eventually cave, and normies will be none the wiser since they're just playing with their friends. it's a repeating pattern any time a new AAA game releases with any anti-cheat that isn't a complete joke - which unfortunately is often necessary given how extremely lucrative the game-cheating industry is and how widespread negroidic behavior is in wanting to use cheats
PSO2 just dropped Gameguard a few months ago for something worse, so I dropped PSO2. I never really had looked in to Gameguard before I started playing.
