When I say ''911 system'' I'm talking about modern phone systems often bundled with cable and internet, BTW. Most of them send phone voltages over the coax that the TV and internet come through.

Getting zapped by them sucks but sucks less than having to get the ladder back out and climb up there twice to turn it off, make the connection, and turn it back on.
