@hotdogsladies At my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego, they will literally use your table to package up food. And the menus have some glorious WordArt going on.
@hotdogsladies Ha yes that lighting. There was this greasy spoon diner where I grew up in Colerain, called The Red Squirrel that totally was lit like that. You accepted the lighting and pervasive diner smell because one four-top could order an open faced turkey sandwich dinner, a Reuben, a full pancake breakfast platter, and a passable 4-way at like 9pm and no maroon-clad waitress ever batted an eye.
@hotdogsladies Are those the glasses that your sister in law threw away (not that you're angry)? Whether or not they are, those are some handsome frames!

@hotdogsladies what timing! I’ve been going through old episodes of RotL, and just finished ep 240, where in John makes reference to this hat! At about 1h3m: “I’m wearing a hat that says Chick Magnet, and I’ll eat it if there’s not a German word for MakeWar.”
