@quixoticgeek I'm sure there are a lot of businesses who could be persuaded to turn off their lights to reduce load also (if capacity is such a problem, I am suspicious on them placing the blame on people plugging in cars at home, when ever car can be delay charged at home). Plus if a workplace is providing parking, they should also be providing charging. People shouldn't be having to go out of their way to charge, anywhere a car can be parked, it should be able to be charged there.
