@sarajw@julian I think this topic (freiberuflich vs gewerblich) is one of the more difficult ones because there is a lot of grey area and „opinions“. From a tax perspective however, the distinction is only relevant if you go over a threshold (I think it‘s 22500/year, then you need to pay Gewerbesteuer in addition to the Einkommensteuer). But if you expect this to grow, it‘s probably best to get this fixed in the beginning and to know where the border is you should not cross. 😬
