@ThatChipGuy @TSindelar @jsnell Big thumbs up in Seattle: a city with one of the worst per-capita unhoused problem and one of the most unaffordable cities yet with part of the problem solved (inflation indexed minimum wage). People here think every additional unit will bring criminals next door.
