Just so you're aware, if you think that using a CW will lower your engagement, I can honestly tell you, as someone who uses CW's frequently, that I've never noticed a difference.
So use CW's. When you write a post, ask yourself if someone who may be struggling with something like food, drugs, weight loss, abuse, might need a warning first? It's a simple gesture of kindness and costs you nothing.
