One of the products I purchased, and the one that was described as "grate", was a soundbar. The soundbar is USB powered, and can receive the audio signal by 'phone cable (3.5mm jack) or Bluetooth.
I already have an Anker speaker. However, I want to keep that for use with my 'phone only. Equally, this soundbar will only be used by my laptop (utilising the jack).
The seller identified the brand as Aiseeok, although, the device itself has no branding.
The sound quality is very good, both at treble and bass ends (and in-between). Volume is very acceptable (6w), particularly for my use, where I'll be sitting directly in front of the soundbar. Connectivity works very well. Construction seems fairy solid.
My only slight gripe is that the audio cable and the USB cable are bonded together.
Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase. However, the most impressive feature is the price. It only cost £11.99. Remarkable, really.
I'm coming to the opinion that the biggest advantage of the soundbar is the big, physical volume control on the top. No more fiddling with mouse and sliders to change the volume.
@Glencoe
I bought a set of Bluetooth headphones at the same time as the soundbar. The sound quality is very good. The only thing I don't like is the ear cups are designed to fold-in. I'd prefer them to be solid. Otherwise a real bargain at £14.
@fitheach You probably thought those holes on the Macbook were for the speakers. Common mistake. Grab a piece of parmesan and have a go, you'll be surbriesed.
