Making a curry for dinner tonight, to a recipe in a book that I’ve been meaning to try for a while.

Trouble is, I didn’t do the thing where you actually look at how long things are supposed to take.

1.5 hours for step one, then add other ingredients and simmer for an hour. Then blend up and simmer for another hour.

I started it at 7pm. Fuck that.

So we’ll see how it goes…
