I am sorry. This is standard procedure in Germany and you have unexploded ordinances alarms in all major cities that have been bombed multiple times per year.

We are talking one state(!)

So to set expectations right, a big problem is that the detonators deteriorate over time, and become unstable/unsafe to handle. Predicted about… now.
