@Hipska Residential composting pickup. They want to know where the bin will be. The question is fine, it's just the answers that are... Weird.

@Crell why not using your compost yourself? Or are we talking about a city area where households have no garden?

1. I don't want the hassle of managing my own backyard composter.
2. The service (endorsed by my city) can compost a much wider variety of stuff on an industrial scale.
