"NHS waiting lists will fall, and people will get the care they need more quickly."
Today, we read 250 people every single week died unnecessarily because they could not be seen by an A&E doctor in good time.
Sunak finished his speech, saying:
'And I fully expect you to hold my government and I to account on delivering those goals. "
We have. You failed.
