@chris That's on the company for offering unlimited PTO. If it's not really unlimited, don’t call it unlimited.

@chris @techphotoguy some places have had great PTO available whenever you needed it and called it unlimited. That was awesome. Other places have unlimited PTO but if you are burning out and need a month off then you are told you can’t take any more PTO for the rest of the year…

@skc @chris @techphotoguy I’ve always struggled with “unlimited” PTO. At one job it resulted in nobody taking any because nobody knew what it meant.
