@citizencat I have a friend in Libya that says he sees Russian warlords (presumably Wagner) around regularly though. I wouldn't be surprised if both stories were true.
@citizencat I don't think it's a proxy war but both countries meddle everywhere so it's not surprising we see them having interfered here but yeah obviously that's not what the whole thing is about. The RSF are the fucking Janjaweed; it's a power struggle.
