I absolutely that it's not become a marina, with condos up on the cliffs

I lived over around the Palos Verdes peninsula at the other end, San Pedro, my entire growing up life

Surfed PV Cove on the right north swell, Royal Palms (ir used to be called) and Torrance Beach tons

Yeah I just fired up Google maps and the entire complex we called PV Cove seems to really be Bluff Cove now for the entire thing

We used to park up at the top and walk down into the southern (bigger) cove

Amazing
