@stefan It could've been. This company didn't even bother to explore other options? How could it work as business model if that's the focus? I'm not sure how Pebble does it, but they are thriving after the move.

@shadow I think people just wanted to make their own Twitter once Elon took over, and "own the social". I'm glad this is becoming a nonstarter.

I'd much rather see the team behind Post experiment with payments in the fediverse, if that's their main goal.
