Every once in a while I feel it's worth repeating this page of curated account lists:

Some are spreasheets, but other are forms where you can select accounts and then download a CSV file for import in your Mastodon account.
For the spreadsheets, you'll need to copy the list of handles and put them in a file, far less convenient.
