Is it just me that feels a bit bitter when Apple releases (or is about to release) new iPad hardware?
I used to get excited for new iPads. But then I remember iPadOS and go back to my Mac.
@chrishannah I feel exactly the same, I couldn’t care less about the probably amazing new hardware because I can’t use it anywhere near how I’d want to
@chrishannah It feels weird how excited I am by the idea of picking up a Boox Note Air 3c. I haven‘t felt that for iPads in years. iPads are limited in so many weird ways because of the OS. Only an M-based iPad mini would excite me (I‘m still a geek, I want the latest and greatest I know I could theoretically get).
@cliophate I've had similar experiences as well recently. It seems if you want to be excited about technology, then Apple isn't the best place for that at the moment.
