@mina There are several cheap web service providers that allow to install and run your own software. I for myself am a big fan of Hetzner. However, when dealing with videos, I suppose you need a significant amount of disk space, and this is where the trouble starts. E.g. Hetzner offers a virtual server at €4,51, but only with 40GB of storage. Do you have an assuption regarding the expected usage?
@agitatra@mina Just in case it comes up: don't use storage VPS' from Contabo. They might offer a lot, but the effective throughput is abysmal. Your videos would never load properly.
@mina what kind of videos are you planning to upload?
The instance I'm using for some of my organ videos might accept registrations, but the focus must be on art or music.
