@GhostOnTheHalfShell@jimfl@Weedkiller@djlink frankly i think a moderately sized spreadsheet might be a more direct representation and dollars to donuts some half way competent middle manager has already made a decent first draft for every existing CxO suite
@djlink Every time someone questions why these CEOs get such ridiculous salaries the answer is something along the lines of "It's the only way we can attract and keep someone so good at their job."
The real problem is we have no clue who is good enough at the CEO job to be worth millions if that is what they demand to do the job. Most CEOs are not that good though, and we have no way to know who is that good until 20 years later.
