I had nightmares about failing to do this active standing test correctly, so here I am, first thing after waking, with this th8ng wrapped round my arm, patiently waiting 10mims after scrabbling around to find the stuff before i start.
@grrrr_shark tbh, it's 100% validation. I was getting bummed with the thought of having to explain to the clinic person that i would have had very different results if i'd done this two months ago.
@Rhube I can imagine. Not being believed when you are very obviously struggling is terrible. Having the burden of proof when you have no spoons is worse.
