If I were to make an extremely high-voltage vest that only releases a massive electrical charge when something conductive penetrates into it, am I liable for the reconstructive surgery for the cop's hand and arm when he tasers me for sitting calmly?
@nyquildotorg If you'd face charges for striking their fist with your face, then probably. Out of interest, how many kV required to breakdown the insulation of a taser?
