At 10:20 nurse returns, asks at which hospital you had your broncoscopy done

"You mean the procedure I had two months ago, before my previous appt here? I haven't had any procedures since you last saw me."

"Huh. Really? Okay, doctor will be in soon."

It's 10:45, doctor still has not come in to see you
