@mekkaokereke I don’t understand the last parapgraph. Does that mean that 25% of girls/women that were 15 in 1991 gave birth before they turned 21?
Or that in 1991 specifically, 25% of birthing girls/women were under the age of 21? But in that case I don’t understand where the 15 years old comes from.
