@meso aim for smoking 3 a day and then move up to 4 after a week or so. pay close attention to your reactions to pain, loneliness, stress, boredom, or anger, you should go out for a smoke instead of thinking about these things. focus entirely on how good it feels to smoke and absorb your thoughts on when youre planning on smoking next. keep this up for a few months and it'll become a pretty steady habit so you won't have to worry anymore
