P1310 Red Line Hi-Rail Access Tunnel is a new project this year and a valuable one; as we've seen through this year's track work on the Red Line, the extant provisions for work truck access to the Red Line tunnel in Cambridge are inadequate, requiring much longer shutdowns than would be required if trucks could enter the tunnel from the Alewife end.
