Days to weeks after an infection (#tick bite) this circle can appear anywhere on the body (thus not only where the tickhole was). It will fade out in a day or two but that means the infection is in your body: go to your doctor and get antibiotics!
Someone mentioned #TBE as well. This is now endemic in many european regions. And there's a vaccin! Worth looking into.
