when the insurance rep says "well I've never seen this before" and then is silent for a while and then lets out a deep breath before returning to silence 😬 😬
This guy I'm talking to is actually super super helpful and nice and dealing with a very complex situation and HE is great, the overall system, not so much (as we know)
Finally figured out this really complex situation, contacted the doc, they respond with "great see you in August" 🤡 🙃 (most of the frustration here is not at them, but instead the system, once again)
