@molly0xfff I know this is completely hypothetical and the damage caused by Binance is (still) far less than FTX, but: would this have been a deal that SBF could have struck or something in it's ball park, if he'd cooperated from the start?
@csdummi i suspect SBF still would've served more time than this had he pled guilty, simply because of all the fraud charges and the amount of money lost by victims of the FTX collapse
@mysignal they do when the business operated in the US in violation of US laws, though the question is sometimes whether they can actually arrest the person. not an issue with zhao, who turned himself in
